Leviticus Glover Jr., a distinguished native of Clayton County, Georgia, proudly graduated from Bethune-Cookman University. During his undergraduate journey, he cultivated a profound passion for live production, embarking on this path through an internship at the Mary McLeod Bethune Performing Arts Center. This formative experience allowed him to contribute to performances featuring notable artists such as Glorilla, Young Nudy, Nardo Wick, Trina, and Rick Ross. At Bethune-Cookman University, Glover refined the essential skills needed to establish a thriving live production enterprise. He conceptualized the Mary’s Choice Awards, a prestigious event dedicated to honoring the exemplary contributions of faculty, staff, and students who embody the legacy of Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune with creativity and distinction.Upon his graduation, Glover was appointed as a Media Specialist and Production Manager at the Mary McLeod Bethune Performing Arts Center. In this esteemed role, he effectively orchestrated and executed a variety of professional live productions, including royal coronations and significant administrative and community events. Glover has also played a pivotal role in mentoring aspiring Mass Communication students who share his fervor for live production. Through internships and work-study opportunities at the center, these students have had the exceptional chance to collaborate with renowned artists such as Lil Boosie, Pretty Vee Slick Rick, Dougie Fresh, and many others.

Monisha Charles
Chief Marketing Officer
Hailing from Naples, FL, Monisha Charles is a proud alumna of Bethune-Cookman University with a passion for production. She finds great fulfillment in working behind the scenes, particularly during the pre-production phase. This is where she believes the magic happens—visualizing the project, setting the framework, and seeing all the elements come together. Monisha especially enjoys the balance between creativity and organization, as pre-production allows her to blend aesthetics with practical planning. For her, it’s the ultimate fusion of teamwork, creativity, and business strategy.

Greetings my name is Kynadi Cooper. I am an assistant chief operation officer of Clear Vision Production and I am from Fort Lauderdale Fl. I attend the illustrious Bethune -Cookman University.I’m really passionate about producing and directing live performances. I love working behind the scenes to put a show together, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Whether it’s organizing different elements or making sure the vision comes to life, I enjoy being part of the process and creating something that people will remember.
